Responsibilities:

Education and Compliance: Player managers play a crucial role in educating athletes about the legal and ethical aspects of NIL rights. They provide comprehensive guidance on NCAA rules, state laws, and institutional policies to help athletes make informed decisions while avoiding potential pitfalls. Staying up-to-date with ever-changing NIL regulations is a top priority for these managers.

Brand Building and Strategy: A key responsibility of player managers is developing a comprehensive brand-building strategy for Trojan student athletes. They assist athletes in identifying and defining their personal brands, cultivating an authentic image, and establishing an online presence through social media platforms. These managers also help athletes align their brand messaging with potential endorsement opportunities.

Marketing: NIL player managers are active in brand exposure, sponsorship opportunities, and other marketing initiatives on behalf of Trojan student athletes.

As former Men of Troy, our player managers are well equipped to provide athletes with the necessary guidance and expertise to navigate through the complex landscape of college sports.

Stay tuned in the coming weeks/months for exciting announcements of additional player managers in other sports for Trojan student athletes.
